Led the end-to-end design and development of the Toverland Account (account.toverland.com) platform, a central identity and customer portal that forms the foundation of Toverland’s digital ecosystem. The platform provides guests with a single, secure account to manage tickets, season passes, personal data, preferences, and interactions across web, mobile apps, and on-site systems.

Defined the overall architecture and developed the backend, APIs, and authentication flows, enabling seamless integration with ticketing, payments, CRM, mobile applications, and in-park services. Focused on scalability, security, and performance to support high visitor volumes and peak loads, while ensuring GDPR-compliant data handling and a smooth user experience.

Worked closely with stakeholders, designers, and operational teams to translate business and guest requirements into a robust, future-proof platform that now acts as the digital backbone for personalization, data insights, and new digital services within Toverland.
